Ende 2018 wurden 174 Wohnungen nach diesem Modell verwaltet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ungenutzte Wohnungen, die sich im Besitz von Privatpersonen befinden, k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr die Unterbringung von Personen mit geringem Einkommen und Wohnungsproblemen mobilisiert werden. Dies geschieht mithilfe der sozialen Mietverwaltung (GLS), die von Verb\u00e4nden, Gemeinden und Sozial\u00e4mtern in Luxemburg eingef\u00fchrt wurde. \"Die GLS ist ein Instrument, mit dem die Gemeinden direkt oder indirekt bei ihrer Pflicht, Menschen in Notsituationen zu helfen, erheblich unterst\u00fctzt werden k\u00f6nnen\", erkl\u00e4rte die Ministerin f\u00fcr Wohnungswesen, Sam Tanson, in einer parlamentarischen Antwort an Fran\u00e7ois Benoy, Abgeordneter D\u00e9i Gr\u00e9ng.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ende 2018 wurden auf nationaler Ebene 714 Wohnungen nach dem GLS-Modell verwaltet.
