Die im September 2019 beobachteten Durchschnittspreise best\u00e4tigen den Aufw\u00e4rtstrend im Land.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mieten: Ein Durchschnittspreis von 1.576 Euro f\u00fcr die Miete einer Wohnung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In diesem Herbst erreichen die Mietpreise im Durchschnitt 1.576 Euro f\u00fcr Wohnungen und 2.960 Euro f\u00fcr H\u00e4user<\/strong> (Durchschnittsmiete, alle Fl\u00e4chen).<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In den letzten 12 Jahren war ein Anstieg der durchschnittlichen Mietpreise um 6% bzw. 8% zu verzeichnen. Dieser Anstieg der Mietpreise ist weniger stark im Vergleich zum vorherigen Zeitraum (M\u00e4rz 2018-M\u00e4rz 2019), in dem die Mietpreise einen sehr starken Anstieg von 10 bis 16% erfahren hatten. Tats\u00e4chlich l\u00e4sst sich feststellen, dass sich in den letzten sechs Monaten der Anstieg der Mietpreise verlangsamt hat. Tats\u00e4chlich sind die Durchschnittspreise in den letzten 12 Monaten stark angestiegen: +14% f\u00fcr Wohnungen und +12% f\u00fcr H\u00e4user.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Mangel an Wohnraum im Land macht sich immer st\u00e4rker bemerkbar. Die hohe Nachfrage zieht die Immobilienpreise unaufhaltsam in die H\u00f6he.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Heute m\u00fcssen K\u00e4ufer 6.152 \u20ac \/m2 einplanen, um eine Wohnung im Gro\u00dfherzogtum zu erwerben. In Luxemburg-Stadt hingegen steigt der Quadratmeterpreis auf 9.562 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>BERECHNUNGSGRUNDLAGE :<\/em><br><em>Die oben und im atHome Magazine dargestellten Statistiken basieren auf den Preisen, die in den zwischen Oktober 2018 und September 2019 auf atHome.lu ver\u00f6ffentlichten Anzeigen angezeigt wurden.
