Nun muss man f\u00fcr eine neue Wohnung 583.072 Euro bezahlen, was einem Anstieg von 10,8% entspricht, w\u00e4hrend die Preise f\u00fcr bestehende Wohnungen um 15,3% gestiegen sind. Und wenn das Wohnen im Jahr 2020 die Sorge Nummer eins der Einwohner Luxemburgs war, wird 2021 mit der Einf\u00fchrung neuer Standards keine Ausnahme bilden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Angesichts der immer st\u00e4rkeren Nachfrage treten 2021 neue Gesetze in Kraft<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ein Platzen der Immobilienblase zu verhindern und Privatpersonen vor \u00dcberschuldung zu sch\u00fctzen, gelten f\u00fcr die luxemburgischen Banken neue Standards f\u00fcr Immobilienkredite. Ab dem 1. Januar 2021 wird die von den Banken geforderte Anzahlung von 10% auf 20% erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n\n\n<section id=\"section-3-14695\" class=\"ct-section\" ><div class=\"ct-section-inner-wrap\"><div id=\"div_block-4-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"new_columns-7-14695\" class=\"ct-new-columns\" ><div id=\"div_block-8-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"div_block-14-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><\/div><\/div><div id=\"div_block-9-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><h1 id=\"headline-11-14695\" class=\"ct-headline\">Wie hoch sind die Immobilienpreise derzeit?<\/h1><div id=\"text_block-12-14695\" class=\"ct-text-block\" >Die Preise verlangsamen sich. Die Zinss\u00e4tze steigen. Januar 2021 erworben werden, wird der beschleunigte Abschreibungssatz von 6% auf 5% gesenkt und gilt f\u00fcr 5 Jahre, anstatt wie bisher f\u00fcr 6 Jahre. Dieser Satz von 5% wird f\u00fcr Eigent\u00fcmer gelten, bei denen die Summe der abschreibungsf\u00e4higen Grundlagen der Geb\u00e4ude eine Million Euro nicht \u00fcberschreitet. Die Summe der abschreibungsf\u00e4higen Grundlagen, die eine Million Euro \u00fcbersteigt, wird mit 4% abgeschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werden die Mieten, die angesichts des Anstiegs in den letzten Jahren mehr oder weniger verschont geblieben sind, davon betroffen sein?
