Behalten Sie Ihre Ausgaben gut im Auge, um \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberschreitungen zu vermeiden, und vernachl\u00e4ssigen Sie nicht die zahlreichen staatlichen Hilfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt drei Arten von Renovierungshilfen: direkte Kapitalhilfen, Hilfen f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Wohnen und indirekte Hilfen in Form von Steuervorteilen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Direkte Kapitalhilfen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wichtigste direkte Kapitalhilfe ist <strong>die Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr die Verbesserung von Altbauwohnungen<\/strong>. Sie wird f\u00fcr Arbeiten zur Verbesserung der Bewohnbarkeit, der Gesundheit und der Sicherheit von Altbauwohnungen gew\u00e4hrt. Sie entspricht maximal 40% des Rechnungsbetrags f\u00fcr die Arbeiten. Die H\u00f6he des Zuschusses richtet sich nach dem Einkommen und dem Familienstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es sind zwei Bedingungen erforderlich. Sie m\u00fcssen die Wohnung als Hauptwohnsitz und dauerhaft bewohnen und d\u00fcrfen weder Eigent\u00fcmer noch Nutznie\u00dfer einer anderen Wohnung sein, sei es in Luxemburg oder im Ausland. Die Arbeiten m\u00fcssen in einem Geb\u00e4ude durchgef\u00fchrt werden, das vor mehr als 10 Jahren zum ersten Mal bezogen wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hilfen f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Wohnen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staatliche Hilfen (<strong>Klimabonus<\/strong>), Zinssubventionen und eine staatliche Garantie f\u00fcr Klimakredite sowie ein reduzierter Mehrwertsteuersatz sind vorgesehen, wenn Sie vorhaben, die nachhaltige Energieeffizienz Ihrer Wohnung zu verbessern. Sie betreffen zum einen die nachhaltige energetische Sanierung einer Wohnung, die \u00e4lter als 10 Jahre ist (D\u00e4mmarbeiten, Austausch der Fenster, kontrollierte Bel\u00fcftung) und zum anderen die Installation von technischen Anlagen, die erneuerbare Energiequellen nutzen (thermische oder photovoltaische Solaranlage, W\u00e4rmepumpe, Holzkessel, W\u00e4rmenetz und\/oder Anschluss an ein W\u00e4rmenetz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Indirekte Hilfen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Es gibt zwei Arten von indirekter Hilfe. Die erste betrifft&nbsp;<strong>den superreduzierten Mehrwertsteuersatz<\/strong>. Der Staat unterwirft die Renovierung einer Wohnung, die f\u00fcr Hauptwohnzwecke bestimmt ist, einem erm\u00e4\u00dfigten Steuersatz von 3%. Diese Steuerverg\u00fcnstigung darf 50.000 EUR pro Wohnung nicht \u00fcberschreiten und nicht alle Arbeiten kommen in den Genuss des erm\u00e4\u00dfigten Satzes. Dies gilt f\u00fcr Einbauk\u00fcchen, spezielle technische Ausr\u00fcstungen wie die Installation von Alarmanlagen, Innenjalousien und Vorh\u00e4nge oder die Gestaltung der Umgebung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie k\u00f6nnen <strong>Schuldzinsen und andere Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Renovierung von der Steuer absetzen k\u00f6nnen&nbsp;<\/strong>Ihrer Wohnung, sofern Sie diese w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Dauer der Bauarbeiten nicht bewohnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Experten stehen Ihnen zur Verf\u00fcgung, um Sie bei Ihrem Projekt zu beraten.
