L'objectif est de permettre \u00e0 chaque m\u00e9tier de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une repr\u00e9sentation adapt\u00e9e tout en renfor\u00e7ant la voix collective du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nouvelle structure repose sur un mod\u00e8le <strong>f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur<\/strong>. La Chambre Immobili\u00e8re conserve ainsi son r\u00f4le de repr\u00e9sentation institutionnelle, de coordination et de d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats communs, tandis que les diff\u00e9rentes f\u00e9d\u00e9rations m\u00e9tiers disposent d'une plus grande autonomie pour traiter les probl\u00e9matiques propres \u00e0 leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les principales nouveaut\u00e9s figure la cr\u00e9ation de la<strong> F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Agents Immobiliers (FAI)<\/strong>.
