Januar 2015 wurde die Mehrwertsteuer in Luxemburg erh\u00f6ht. Dies betrifft den Normalsatz, den erm\u00e4\u00dfigten Satz sowie den Zwischensatz, die jeweils von 15 auf 17%, von 6 auf 8% und von 12 auf 14 % steigen werden,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die\u00a0<strong>superreduzierter Satz<\/strong> von 3 % ist nur f\u00fcr den Erwerb von neuen G\u00fctern f\u00fcr den pers\u00f6nlichen Gebrauch vorgesehen, d. h. f\u00fcr den Kauf einer eigenen Wohnung oder eines eigenen Hauses. <strong>Hauptwohnsitz<\/strong>sowie auf die <strong>Wohnungsrenovierung<\/strong>Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr solche, die Dritten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden (Miete).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Im Gegensatz dazu, <strong>f\u00fcr Investoren<\/strong> die eine Wohnung zu anderen Zwecken als zur Selbstnutzung kaufen (z. B. Vermietung), <strong>der Satz steigt auf 17 %<\/strong> (gegen\u00fcber 3% zuvor).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eine \u00dcbergangsma\u00dfnahme ist jedoch f\u00fcr Antr\u00e4ge auf Anwendung des stark erm\u00e4\u00dfigten Satzes f\u00fcr Bauarbeiten an nicht selbst genutztem Wohneigentum vorgesehen, die vor dem 1.
