Dieses Fehlen einer Berechnungsmethode konnte Verk\u00e4ufer und K\u00e4ufer leicht in die Irre f\u00fchren, was die tats\u00e4chliche Fl\u00e4che ihrer Wohnungen betraf.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seit dem 15. M\u00e4rz 2016 wurde dieser wesentliche Begriff der Wohnfl\u00e4che pr\u00e4zisiert und es wurden Regeln aufgestellt.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das ILNAS hat n\u00e4mlich eine Norm f\u00fcr die Wohnfl\u00e4che von Wohnungen geschaffen, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es sich um Einzelwohnungen oder Wohnungen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern, neue oder alte Wohnungen handelt. Es gibt nun Regeln, die als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Berechnung der Wohnfl\u00e4che in Luxemburg dienen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was der betreffende Standard besagt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst einmal legt der Standard fest, dass Fl\u00e4chen in m\u00b2 (Quadratmeter) innerhalb des Geb\u00e4udes angegeben werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend folgen einige konkrete Beispiele f\u00fcr Fl\u00e4chen, die in die Berechnung der Wohnfl\u00e4che einbezogen werden m\u00fcssen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Wohnfl\u00e4che umfasst Nasszellen, Wohnr\u00e4ume, aber auch Ausg\u00e4nge innerhalb der Wohnung (ein wichtiger Punkt, der von der Berechnung in anderen L\u00e4ndern abweichen kann).<\/li><li>Sie umfasst nicht die Teile von R\u00e4umen, deren Deckenh\u00f6he weniger als 2 m betr\u00e4gt (in einigen L\u00e4ndern sind es 1,80 m). So z\u00e4hlen z. B.
