Das hindert sie jedoch keineswegs daran, \"voller Leben\" zu sein. Die Stadt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber zahlreiche lokale Dienstleistungen und \u00fcber 70 Vereine sorgen f\u00fcr kulturelle, k\u00fcnstlerische und sportliche Unterhaltung. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gegr\u00fcndet am 1. Januar 1979 nach der Abstimmung \u00fcber den Gesetzentwurf zur Fusion der ehemaligen Gemeinden Arsdorf, Bigonville, Folschette und Perl\u00e9<strong>, <\/strong>Die Gemeinde Rambrouch hat in den letzten Jahren keine Bev\u00f6lkerungsexplosion verzeichnet. Im Gegenteil, die Entwicklung verlief sanft. Die Bev\u00f6lkerungszahl stieg von 4.130 Einwohnern im Jahr 2011 auf 4.256 im Jahr 2015. Mit 138 Personen sind Nicht-Luxemburger hinzugekommen, w\u00e4hrend die Zahl der Luxemburger um 12 Personen leicht zur\u00fcckgegangen ist.  \"Im Jahr 2010 empfingen wir etwa 49 Nationalit\u00e4ten, 2014 waren es 62\", betont die Gemeinde.  Unter den ausl\u00e4ndischen Einwohnern sind die Belgier mit fast 700 Vertretern besonders zahlreich. Diese gro\u00dfe Gemeinschaft ist nicht \u00fcberraschend, wenn man bedenkt, dass Rambrouch auf der H\u00f6he von Martelange an der Grenze zu Belgien liegt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Kampagne mit allen Dienstleistungen<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Diese geografische Lage ist mit ein Grund daf\u00fcr, dass die Gemeinde von Zuwanderungsstr\u00f6men und unkontrollierter Immobilienentwicklung verschont geblieben ist. \"Die Gemeinde liegt ziemlich weit von der Stadt Luxemburg und ihrer Umgebung entfernt, wo viele B\u00fcrger jeden Tag zur Arbeit fahren m\u00fcssen. Leider gibt es keine Abhilfe, um die Situation zu verbessern\", hei\u00dft es in der Gemeinde. Einige bedauern dies. Andere wiederum werden es begr\u00fc\u00dfen. Denn dadurch konnte die Gemeinde ihren authentischen und l\u00e4ndlichen Charakter bewahren. Die Gemeinde erstreckt sich \u00fcber eine Fl\u00e4che von 79 km2 und umfasst 58 km2 landwirtschaftliche Nutzfl\u00e4che. Trotz ihrer l\u00e4ndlichen und ruhigen Lage bietet sie alles, was man braucht: hervorragende Bildungseinrichtungen, \u00c4rzte, einen Zahnarzt, eine Apotheke, einen Friseur, Restaurants, verschiedene Unternehmen und Handwerksbetriebe ... . Im Bildungsbereich gibt es in Koetschette (einer der Ortsteile von Rambrouch) einen Schulkomplex, der derzeit etwa 420 Sch\u00fcler beherbergt. Der Komplex beherbergt neben den Grundschulklassen auch eine Maison Relais, ein Schwimmbad, eine Sporthalle, einen Spielplatz und eine Kinderkrippe, die im September letzten Jahres er\u00f6ffnet wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eine Gemeinde mit einem offenen Ohr f\u00fcr Projekte<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zu diesen Einrichtungen, die Familien begeistern, kommt eine breite Palette an Veranstaltungen f\u00fcr alle Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen hinzu. In der Gemeinde gibt es nicht weniger als 70 Sport-, Kultur- und Kunstvereine. Sie sind sehr aktiv und beteiligen sich vor allem an zahlreichen Veranstaltungen, die das ganze Jahr \u00fcber stattfinden: Konzerte, Theaterst\u00fccke usw. Die Gemeinde hat auch einen Schwerpunkt auf sportliche Aktivit\u00e4ten im Freien gelegt, indem sie Wanderwege, einen Fitnessparcours und einen weiteren f\u00fcr Mountainbiker eingerichtet hat.  \"Die Gemeinde vers\u00e4umt es nie, jeden interessanten Vorschlag zu unterst\u00fctzen, sei es auf kultureller Ebene oder im Freizeitbereich\", betont der B\u00fcrgermeister. Ein weiterer Hebel, der aktiviert wird, um an Attraktivit\u00e4t zu gewinnen, ist die Pflege des Empfangs von Unternehmen. Die Gemeinde bem\u00fcht sich, den Unternehmen durch das Projekt \"Betriebsaus der Gemeng Rammerich\" einen kleinen Kommunikationsschub zu geben. Die Gemeindezeitung \"De buet\", die viermal j\u00e4hrlich an alle Haushalte der Gemeinde verteilt wird, berichtet \u00fcber die Betriebe.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es baut<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, gibt es in Rambrouch keinen Ansturm auf die Bev\u00f6lkerungsentwicklung. Es geht auch nicht darum, um jeden Preis zu verf\u00fchren. Das Immobilienangebot entwickelt sich daher auf vern\u00fcnftige Weise. \"Die Gemeinde bem\u00fcht sich, soweit m\u00f6glich, Grundst\u00fccke oder Geb\u00e4ude zu kaufen, um das Wohnungsangebot verbessern zu k\u00f6nnen, wobei sie darauf achtet, ein moderates Wachstum beizubehalten\", so die Dienststellen von Rambrouch.
