In Luxemburg darf der Betrag f\u00fcr die Mietgarantie drei Monatsmieten nicht \u00fcbersteigen. Die Miete darf nicht mehr als 5 % des Kaufpreises betragen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Was die eigentlichen Unterlagen betrifft, so muss Ihr Antrag Nachweise \u00fcber Ihre Identit\u00e4t (Personalausweis, Reisepass), Ihr Einkommen (Gehaltsabrechnungen, Steuerbescheid...) und einen Bankauszug enthalten. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Beachten Sie, dass der Vermieter kein Recht hat, von Ihnen Dokumente aus Ihrem Privatleben zu verlangen, z. B. einen Ehevertrag, eine Sozialversicherungskarte, Kontoausz\u00fcge etc.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Welche Garantien sollten Sie einbringen? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Mietgarantie ist nicht obligatorisch, wird aber systematisch verlangt. Sie kann jedoch verschiedene Formen annehmen: Geld, das an den Vermieter gezahlt wird, eine B\u00fcrgschaft Ihrer Bank oder eine staatliche B\u00fcrgschaft (unter bestimmten Bedingungen). <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au\u00dferdem sind Sie verpflichtet, eine Hausratversicherung abzuschlie\u00dfen, von der der Vermieter eine Kopie des Vertrags verlangen kann.
