Das Leben in einer Wohngemeinschaft ist zwar gesellig, aber nicht ganz einfach. Hier sind einige Tipps, die Ihnen helfen k\u00f6nnen, das Leben in einer Wohngemeinschaft so angenehm wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Gleiche Rechte und Pflichten<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das Grundprinzip einer harmonischen Wohngemeinschaft ist, dass jeder seinen Beitrag leistet, und zwar von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/blog\/comment-repartir-les-taches-quand-on-vit-en-colocation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eine gute Organisation in der Wohngemeinschaft schaffen<\/a>. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Zahlung der Miete, die Beteiligung an den Kosten, aber auch alles, was mit den t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben in den Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4umen zu tun hat. Am einfachsten ist es, die Regeln von Anfang an klar festzulegen, vielleicht sogar eine Charta f\u00fcr den perfekten Mitbewohner und einen Zeitplan f\u00fcr das Putzen, Einkaufen und andere Verpflichtungen zu erstellen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>K\u00fchlschrank und Schr\u00e4nke organisieren<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sie lieben Fleisch, aber zwei Ihrer Mitbewohner sind Vegetarier. Hier wird eine der zentralen Fragen in einer Wohngemeinschaft angesprochen: das Essen! Das Essen ist in der Tat sehr oft ein gemeinsamer Moment. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass jeder das Gleiche isst. Sie erm\u00f6glichen es, sich zu entspannen, die Menschen, die unter demselben Dach leben, besser kennen zu lernen und manchmal Dinge auf den Tisch zu bringen. Ob Aperitif am Freitagabend, Backnachmittag oder Palaver-Pflanze - Sie k\u00f6nnen sich Rituale ausdenken, die die Beziehungen festigen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sagen statt raten<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nat\u00fcrlich sind Sie nicht jeden Tag 100 % in Topform. Es gibt wahrscheinlich Zeiten, in denen Sie sich einfach nur zur\u00fcckziehen wollen. Auch wenn Sie sich nicht unbedingt \u00fcber Ihre Probleme auslassen m\u00fcssen, ist es immer besser, Ihre Mitbewohner darauf hinzuweisen, dass es Ihnen nicht so gut geht, als dass sie sich fragen, was mit Ihnen los ist, und auf falsche Gedanken kommen. Sie beruht vor allem auf Respekt. Ob es um die Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume oder um L\u00e4rm geht: Denken Sie daran, dass Sie nie allein sind, und fordern Sie Ihre Mitbewohner auf, das Gleiche zu tun.
