Es gibt jedoch M\u00f6glichkeiten, weniger Geld f\u00fcr die Unterkunft auszugeben.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ein Studio statt einer Zweizimmerwohnung?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als Paar kann es unbequem sein, in einem einzigen Zimmer zu wohnen, aber als Single lohnt es sich wahrscheinlich, sich die Frage zu stellen: Brauchen Sie dieses separate Zimmer wirklich? Um weniger zu bezahlen, k\u00f6nnen Sie vielleicht die Fl\u00e4che Ihrer zuk\u00fcnftigen Wohnung verkleinern, wobei Sie wissen sollten, dass man mit der heutigen Einrichtung sehr gut in einer Einzimmerwohnung leben kann, selbst wenn diese 20 m\u00b2 gro\u00df ist. Diese L\u00f6sung ist jedoch zu relativieren, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Miete f\u00fcr eine Einzimmerwohnung bei gleicher Fl\u00e4che deutlich teurer ist als die f\u00fcr eine Zweizimmerwohnung.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Richtung Peripherie<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sie haben es sicher bemerkt: Je weiter man sich von der Hauptstadt entfernt, desto billiger werden die Mieten. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben oder der Ort gut an den \u00f6ffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden ist, sollten Sie nicht z\u00f6gern, nach einer Wohnung am Stadtrand zu suchen. Die umliegenden Gemeinden k\u00f6nnten Ihnen dar\u00fcber hinaus ein angenehmeres Lebensumfeld bieten als die hektische Atmosph\u00e4re im Zentrum.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Es lebe die Wohngemeinschaft! <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wenn Sie ein geselliger Typ sind, das Gemeinschaftsleben Sie nicht abschreckt ... und Ihr Mietbudget wirklich mini ist, haben Sie die M\u00f6glichkeit, in eine Wohngemeinschaft zu ziehen. Hier k\u00f6nnen Sie zu geringen Kosten in einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Raum leben, den Sie sich aber teilen m\u00fcssen. \u00dcbrigens: Je mehr Zimmer es in der betreffenden Wohnung gibt, desto weniger m\u00fcssen Sie bezahlen!
