Das bedeutet, dass es Zeiten gibt, in denen der Verkauf einer Immobilie g\u00fcnstiger ist als in anderen. Und der Fr\u00fchling ist die erste davon!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Die Stimmung der K\u00e4ufer<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Fr\u00fchling ist eine gute Zeit f\u00fcr Projekte aller Art, eine Jahreszeit, in der die Menschen aus der Wintertristesse erwachen und wieder Lust haben, nach vorne zu schauen. Diese Begeisterung wirkt sich nat\u00fcrlich auch auf die Anzahl der Immobilienk\u00e4ufer aus, die ab Februar\/M\u00e4rz beginnen, die Anzeigen zu durchsuchen. Der H\u00f6hepunkt wird am Ende des zweiten Quartals, also im Juni, erreicht. Die Zeit zwischen April und Juni ist die beste Zeit f\u00fcr Verk\u00e4ufer, da in dieser Zeit die meisten K\u00e4ufer (und damit die meisten Gelegenheiten) zu finden sind. Das ist ganz logisch: Vor allem Familien wollen zum Schulbeginn in ihrem neuen Haus sein, besonders wenn sie aus einem anderen Land kommen, und wenn man die drei Monate zwischen der Unterzeichnung des Kompromisses und der Unterzeichnung des Kaufvertrags mit einrechnet, ziehen sie im Sommer ein.
