In Zeiten gro\u00dfer Hitze muss man sich jedoch einige Tricks einfallen lassen, um seine Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage zu k\u00fchlen und die Umgebungsluft zu ertragen. Hier sind einige davon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Wir schlie\u00dfen, wir \u00f6ffnen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wenn die Hitze beginnt, in das Haus einzudringen, oder sogar schon vorher, ist das erste, was man tun sollte, die Quellen der Hitze zu suchen und einzud\u00e4mmen. Dabei denkt man nat\u00fcrlich an Fenster und Verglasungen, die die Sonnenstrahlen eindringen lassen. Jalousien und Fensterl\u00e4den (oder einfach nur Vorh\u00e4nge) tags\u00fcber zu schlie\u00dfen und nachts weit zu \u00f6ffnen, wenn dies m\u00f6glich ist, ist daher der erste - gute - Reflex. Es gibt noch weitere, wie z. B. darauf zu achten, alle Halogenlampen durch LEDs zu ersetzen, den Herd nicht einzuschalten etc.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Frischegef\u00fchle<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bisher haben wir keine Hitze erzeugt, aber tags\u00fcber haben wir die Luft auch nicht abgek\u00fchlt. Wenn Sie Ihr Haus ohne Klimaanlage k\u00fchlen wollen, ist ein Ventilator das richtige Accessoire. Er bewegt zwar nur die Luft, aber Sie k\u00f6nnen die Raumtemperatur um einige Grad senken, indem Sie eine Flasche mit gefrorenem Wasser vor den Ventilator stellen. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch den Boden Ihres Wohnraums (ohne ihn zu durchn\u00e4ssen) oder einen anderen Bereich nass machen: Durch die Verdunstung des Wassers entsteht ein angenehmes Gef\u00fchl der Frische. Sie werden es wiederfinden, wenn Sie Ihre W\u00e4sche am Fenster trocknen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Denken Sie an Pflanzen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Verdunstung ist auch das Prinzip, das Sie dazu bewegen sollte, in Pflanzen zu investieren.
