Dazu m\u00fcssen Sie einen angemessenen Mietpreis festlegen. Hier sind die Kriterien, die Sie ber\u00fccksichtigen sollten<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und der Standort<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als Eigent\u00fcmer k\u00f6nnen Sie den Mietpreis f\u00fcr das Haus oder die Wohnung, die Sie vermieten, frei festlegen, solange dieser nicht mehr als 5% des investierten Kapitals betr\u00e4gt (gesetzlich festgelegte Obergrenze).<br>Der Preis muss hoch genug sein, damit Sie keinen Verlust machen, und er muss dem Markt und der Immobilie angemessen sein, denn sonst k\u00f6nnte die Wohnung leer stehen. Die Herausforderung f\u00fcr Sie besteht also darin, den richtigen Preis zu finden.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sie werden sich dabei auf zwei Hauptkriterien st\u00fctzen: die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Immobilie und ihre Lage.
