{"id":9915,"date":"2017-07-17T09:19:21","date_gmt":"2017-07-17T08:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/?p=9915"},"modified":"2022-05-12T09:07:38","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T07:07:38","slug":"eine-neue-wohnung-kostet-26-mehr-als-eine-alte-wohnung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/de\/marche-immobilier\/prix\/un-appartement-neuf-coute-26-plus-cher-quun-ancien\/","title":{"rendered":"Eine neue Wohnung kostet 26% mehr als eine alte Wohnung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Im Durchschnitt wird in Luxemburg eine neue Wohnung f\u00fcr 6.051 Euro \/m2 verkauft und der Preis f\u00fcr eine Altbauwohnung liegt bei 4.795 Euro \/m2 (Quelle: Statec - Juni 2017).<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wenn der Preisunterschied zwischen neu und alt im Durchschnitt 26% betr\u00e4gt, l\u00e4sst sich dies durch zahlreiche Vorteile erkl\u00e4ren: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/blog\/5-raisons-dacheter-dans-le-neuf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">die 5 Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr einen Neubaukauf<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aber auch andere Kriterien lassen die Immobilienpreise schwanken.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Fl\u00e4che, desto niedriger die Preise<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eine weitere Variable ist, dass sowohl bei neuen als auch bei alten Immobilien die Preise pro Quadratmeter mit zunehmender Wohnfl\u00e4che sinken. <\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> So kostet eine Altbauwohnung mit einer Fl\u00e4che von weniger als 50 m2 im Durchschnitt 5.362 Euro\/m2, w\u00e4hrend eine Wohnung mit mehr als 130 m2 4.795 Euro\/m2 kostet. Sehr logisch: Je weiter man sich von Luxemburg-Stadt entfernt, desto niedriger sind die Preise f\u00fcr Wohnungen. Die niedrigsten Preise sind im Norden des Landes zu beobachten.
