You are beginning to miss light and this may have an impact on your morale. Take action!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bring in the light<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Your objective for the coming weeks will be to provide your home with what Mother Nature is depriving you of, namely brightness. In winter, you can increase the number of watts of your bulbs and prefer halogen bulbs, as they give off light that is closer to natural light. Without redoing your entire installation, you can also install lighting along the windows (for example spotlights) which will have the effect of imitating light coming from outside.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Multiply the lighting<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In winter, it is also advisable to increase the amount of lighting, both direct and indirect. If you don't do this and limit yourself to the ceiling light in the living room, for example, you will have the impression of a restricted space. Play around with lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps and even string lights so that the rooms in the house are bathed in light. The aim is to create a more lively atmosphere (without turning the house into a funfair, of course).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Attention to technical details<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you do decide to change your bulbs to get more light, remember that we have moved to the era of low-energy bulbs. So you need to think in terms of lumens: 700\/750 lumens (equivalent to 60 watts) is better than 410\/430 lumens (equivalent to 40 watts). For a warm light, look at the Kelvin degrees on the packaging, they should be 3000 \u00b0K. The more they exceed this figure, the colder the light you will get. Finally, manufacturers will tell you the CRI, or Colour Rendering Index, which should be close to 100 (natural light) if you don't want any nasty surprises after your make-up sessions in the bathroom, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Do you know about light therapy?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Despite all the advice and changes, the gloomy mood is not letting you go?
