This trend can be observed for both flats (47%) and houses (35%).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another asset of the region, <strong>the sale price of flats is on average 18% lower in the South<\/strong> than the national average selling price. <\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In March 2018, the average budget to buy a flat was \u20ac367,921, and \u20ac646,511 for a house.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Flat prices in the South<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Over the last 12 months, flat prices in the south of the country have increased by 21TP2Q.<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In detail, it is the small areas (studios and one-bedroom flats) that have seen the greatest price increase: +4 %. The prices of other types of flats remain rather stable.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the supply side, two-bedroom flats alone account for more than half of the real estate ads. They have an average price per m2 of \u20ac4,453.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The municipality of Esch-sur-Alzette, although in high demand, has very interesting property prices for all those who wish to invest in property. On average, a flat sells for around \u20ac343,606 (price range \u20ac278,212 to \u20ac409,000).<br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>House prices in the South<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The southern region is particularly popular with families. Indeed, one third of the houses in Luxembourg are located in the southern region!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On average, house prices have increased by 5% over the last 12 months.<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To become the owner of a 4 bedroom house in the region, count on 633 713 \u20ac.
