On 26 May 2018, the 2\u00e8me<\/sup> edition of the Schleck Gran Fondo in Mondorf-les-Bains! This is the opportunity for atHome.lu, partner of the event, to take a look at the property prices on the race routes, both of which cover the east of the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

85 km is the distance to cycle if you take part in the Medio Fondo. For the more sporty, the Gran Fondo is a 155 km loop that will take you to Beaufort.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Medio Fondo: Mondorf in Lenningen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Mondorf-les-bains, the starting point of the race, has an average price of 459,500 euros for flats and 652,875 euros for a house. On the Medio Fondo route, it is the cheapest city to invest in real estate.<\/span><\/p>\n

In contrast, Lenningen has the highest property prices. It costs 860,875 euros to own a house.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Gran Fondo, from Grevenmacher to Junglinster<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The cycling champions will continue their race further north, where property is becoming more affordable overall.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular in the municipalities of Beaufort or Grevenmacher. In the latter, a flat is priced at an average of 385,944 euros, while a house is traded at around 569,000 euros. However, as you move closer to the centre of the country, in Junglinster, property prices tend to rise, especially for houses.<\/span><\/p>\n
