The first impression one gets of this district is the feeling of space. It is situated on a plateau and has many green spaces which serve as a place for walks for many families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Belair is a multifaceted neighbourhood. The quietness of the residential locations can sometimes be disturbed by rush hour traffic. The neighbourhood has a mix of well-to-do houses with small gardens and small-scale residences. The neighbourhood is popular with an active population under 50 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Their location<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The central location of Limpertsberg is a real asset.
