The rental market in Luxembourg remains very dynamic, with sustained demand, particularly around the capital. Landlords often receive several applications for the same property. In this context, a well-prepared application is your best chance of making the difference. Here's how to put together a clear, complete and convincing application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Prepare a complete and clear dossier<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gather all the essential documents: identity document, employment contract, last three payslips and last rent receipts if you are already a tenant.
If you have a guarantor, add their supporting documents (income, relationship with you) and, if possible, a signed letter confirming their commitment to act as guarantor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make the most of your application, you can also include :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • a letter of recommendation from your previous landlord,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
