This is a godsend for landlords because renting out your property as a shared flat has many advantages.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Renting a large flat more easily<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Large flats or houses take longer on average to rent than smaller ones.
