Here are some thoughts and tips on how to optimise a hallway. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bringing it to life <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is often conceived as a transitional space with the other living areas of the house, and certain cleverly chosen decorative elements will make you want to go through it and even stop there! Books or photographs can be placed on shelves or a console with a refined style to arouse curiosity. If the height is too imposing, a false ceiling will soften the impression of emptiness and can even be used for storage. Too long and a little narrow? A bright colour on the walls with a play of contrasts on the doors will create the illusion. Bring warmth with a garland of photos, lights or mirrors in a row, and don't hesitate to mix tricks.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>It must remain practical <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Near an entrance, it provides the opportunity to integrate additional storage space such as a shoe cupboard or a wardrobe for jackets and coats. A rule to respect? That of proportions. Avoid furniture that is too imposing. A good height will allow the installation of a bookcase or a large dressing room to house clothes and free up space in the bedrooms. The most daring will go so far as to create an office corner, the only condition being that it must have a recess and be installed near a bedroom to avoid incessant traffic.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Working with light <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Spotlights, floor lamps, wall lamps or hanging lamps, don't neglect the lighting of a corridor to bring a sense of well-being to your home. The most important thing is to provide even light without concentrating it on a single point. The ideal distribution?
