The recommendations mentioned may no longer be relevant by the time you read this.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With the deconfinement and reopening of real estate agencies, housing visits are again allowed in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, these must be carried out in compliance with health regulations in order to protect visitors, property owners and real estate professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Recommendations for the visit<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For the protection of all, measures will be put in place by the professionals before, during and after your visits:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Limit the number of people on visits to reduce the risk of encounters and contact: no more than three people (including the agent) on a visit.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mandatory washing of the real estate agent's hands upon arrival at the property to be visited<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remove the occupants of the property, in case of a visit to an inhabited property<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Clean the most frequent contact surfaces (door handles, tables, etc.) with disinfectant or a usual cleaning product before the visitor arrives<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ventilate the premises before the visit and open the interior doors of the property<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organise the provision of documents to minimise contact between the agent and the client<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Give priority to reception in front of the building and keep the distance of 2 metres<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wear protective equipment (mask)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Not shaking hands<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As far as possible, keep a distance of 2 metres between people throughout the visit.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All used and soiled consumables must be taken away by the agent in a closed bag at the end of the visit.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide visitors with hydro-alcoholic gel at the end of their visit<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All of these measures should allow you to visit homes in complete safety and pursue your real estate project with peace of mind.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<section id=\"section-3-14695\" class=\"ct-section\" ><div class=\"ct-section-inner-wrap\"><div id=\"div_block-4-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"new_columns-7-14695\" class=\"ct-new-columns\" ><div id=\"div_block-8-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"div_block-14-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><\/div><\/div><div id=\"div_block-9-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><h1 id=\"headline-11-14695\" class=\"ct-headline\">What are the property prices at the moment?<\/h1><div id=\"text_block-12-14695\" class=\"ct-text-block\" >Prices are slowing down.
