Buyers aged on average between 30 and 39 borrowed \u20ac729,096 for a project worth \u20ac839,369 in the centre of the country.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Who buys in the centre of Luxembourg?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Many residents now fear that the property market, particularly in the centre, is no longer accessible. However, it is clear that there are still people who want to buy a house and that \"high prices\" do not mean \"no loans\". Who is borrowing?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 2020, to realise their real estate project in the centre of Luxembourg, <strong>The average loan application from the prospective buyers was \u20ac729,096. They had an average deposit of 102 770\u20ac for a total project amount of 839 369\u20ac.<\/strong>.
