The second factor is that purchases are becoming rarer: <strong>unfamiliarity with the Luxembourg market<\/strong> in relation to the <strong>real estate brokerage<\/strong>and the resulting financing solutions.<\/p>\n<p>This is the logic behind <strong>that our next communication campaign has been created &amp; the signing of a compromis<\/strong>Our aim is to make people realise that the Finance Check, the certificate that certifies the borrowing capacity of future buyers, is an essential part of the process of buying a home. <strong>an important tool<\/strong> to make a successful purchase, especially in 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Once the agreement has been signed<\/strong>We had to make it clear that a broker could provide future buyers with visibility on <strong>the different payment solutions<\/strong> that banks can offer. Very few people in Luxembourg know and\/or understand that one bank may be better than another depending on the project, or whether the buyer is a first-time buyer, a second-time buyer, and so on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To further embody this message<\/strong>we have worked closely with a creative agency based in Luxembourg to summarise all these points in the<b>a dynamic and entertaining video. We'll also be back in November with a second week of posters.<\/p>\n<p>We will also be present at the<strong> cinema<\/strong>with broadcasts during <strong>of the 3 weeks with the highest attendance<\/strong> at the end of the year (including the release of the long-awaited second instalment of Avatar).
