One of the main obstacles is the outdated wiring inside buildings and homes, which is usually the responsibility of the owner(s).<\/p>\n<h2>A determining factor in the attractiveness of Luxembourg<\/h2>\n<p>In the era of widespread teleworking,\u00a0<strong>housing connectivity is becoming a key factor<\/strong>\u00a0in the influence of the Grand Duchy. CBRE has noted this in a study published in September 2022 on the rental market in Luxembourg:\u00a0<strong>connectivity is the 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0selection criterion<\/strong>It has a car park, a terrace and a garden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/letzconnecttour.site.digitevent.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyConnectivity G.I.E<\/a>The Ministry of State's initiative to improve connectivity practices in Luxembourg.
