The Government issues special, time-limited grants<\/strong>These include accelerated depreciation at 6% over 6 years, a \u20ac20,000 \"B\u00ebllegen Akt for investors\" per person, and a reduction in capital gains tax to a quarter of the overall rate.   3. New and recent properties are favoured:<\/strong> Banks offer attractive interest rates for A or B energy passes. The difference can be as much as 0.4 points between a property with an A energy passport and one with an H or I passport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
