The French company has launched a service dedicated to the property market, offering a tool for automatically writing property advertisements.<\/p>\n<p>In practical terms, all you have to do is enter the few characteristics of a property that you want to highlight, and the algorithm created by the French start-up generates three ready-to-use texts: one for the property description, one for the portals and one for the window displays.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricehubble.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PriceHubble<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PriceHubble collects and processes all data relating to property markets: transactions, advertisements, urban environment, building permits, transport. Check &amp; Visit lets you delegate this task using artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>In practical terms, the start-up uses photos of a property to create 3D models for the initial and final inventories of fixtures and fittings. Their programme is then able to objectively identify any signs of deterioration in the property, thereby preventing disputes between tenants and landlords.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wemaintain.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>WeMaintain<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start-up WeMaintain has created a solution to prevent lift breakdowns. To achieve this, WeMaintain uses algorithms to predict incidents.<\/p>\n<p>This tool makes incident management more fluid and facilitates communication between property managers, owners and trustees.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The future of real estate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These examples show that artificial intelligence in the property sector is developing mainly in the areas of data analysis and the automation of repetitive tasks.<\/p>\n<p>As property professionals, these technologies allow you to delegate to the machine and free up time for higher added-value tasks, by refocusing on relationships and the human aspect, for example.<\/p>\n<p>While some fear that artificial intelligence will one day replace the estate agent, this technology can, if used effectively, become a weapon enabling the agent to make the difference in an increasingly competitive property market.<\/p>\n<p>AI is undoubtedly an essential future tool for the profession.
