Who is concerned? For which property? Here are some answers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What is a construction premium?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is a capital grant from the State which can be obtained for the construction of a dwelling (single-family house or flat) in the case of first occupation, or for the acquisition of a dwelling. The amount can vary between 250 and 9,700 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This premium is based on your income, your family situation and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the type of construction of your home. In the case of a flat in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the case of a condominium or townhouse, the premium granted is increased by 30 %.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For a semi-detached house, the premium granted is increased by 15 %.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Who is eligible for a building grant?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can claim the construction or acquisition premium:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- When you have taken out a mortgage with a financial institution&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to build a dwelling which will be located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and which will serve as&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">of actual, principal and permanent residence in your household for a period of at least&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ten years after the date of occupation of the dwelling.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- If you are not the owner or usufructuary of another dwelling in the Grand Duchy or in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- When you meet the following floor space requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Single-family houses: minimum 65m2 - maximum 140m2<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Flat: minimum 45m2 - maximum 120m2<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(cellars, garages and attics are not included; workshops, commercial areas or other professional outbuildings are excluded up to a maximum of 20 m2).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These areas may be increased by 20 m2 for:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- any dependent child from the 3rd<br><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- any ascendant at 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: #000000;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> degree of the applicant and any disabled person living in the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">common household, from 5<sup>e<\/sup> person who lives there and provided that this person&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">is not a homeowner herself.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What is the income to be considered?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The income taken into account is the taxable income plus all other income,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">even if not subject to tax, available to the applicant and any other person living with him\/her&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the applicant in the dwelling in question, with the exception of descendants and relatives (<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and without taking into account family benefits, state financial aid for higher education, orphan's pensions and allowances for severely disabled persons or care insurance benefits).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">More information and steps to follow for your application:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/citoyens\/logement\/construction\/aides-capital\/prime-construction-acquisition.html\">https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/citoyens\/logement\/construction\/aides-capital\/prime-construction-acquisition.html<\/a><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de la construction ou de l\u2019acquisition d'un bien immobilier vous pouvez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une aide financi\u00e8re de l'Etat luxembourgeois.
