Especially if they are well positioned, they offer additional living space...during the summer months of course.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lack of stairs<br><\/strong>The ground floor flats make it easier for the elderly or people with reduced mobility to get in.
