{"id":7523,"date":"2016-03-01T14:38:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-01T13:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.dev.aws.athome.lu\/?p=7523"},"modified":"2022-05-12T10:58:28","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T08:58:28","slug":"tax-reform-what-measures-for-housing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/en\/acheter\/fiscalite\/reforme-fiscale-quelles-mesures-pour-le-logement\/","title":{"rendered":"Tax reform: what measures for housing?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On 29 February 2016, the government presented at a press conference the elements of the tax reform, which is to come into force on 1 January 2016.<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;January 2017.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For the housing component, several measures were presented:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Facilitating access to housing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In order to improve the financing capacity of his or her own home, taxpayers who have not yet reached the age of 40 will see an increase in the ceiling for deductible contributions paid into a home savings contract.
