In this continuation, Claudia Thirion explains the documents that the landlord must have in order to rent a property.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Part 1:<\/span>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/blog\/mise-location-logement-etat-detre-loue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Renting: a dwelling in a state of readiness to be rented<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Have the energy performance certificate<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Since 1 January<sup>er<\/sup> From 1 January 2010, residential buildings (i.e. those with at least 90 % of their energy reference area for residential purposes) are classified according to their energy performance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The energy performance certificate provides information on the calculated energy requirement of the building and on the CO2 emissions.
