You must therefore check (or have checked) its load-bearing capacity and if necessary carry out the necessary work. On average, the floor of a house is designed to support a load of 150 kg\/m\u00b2. A treadmill alone weighs about 100 kg (when you are not on it). Not to mention, if you plan to combine well-being with effort, a jacuzzi: 400 kg\/m\u00b2 on average!
