Three steps to get organised.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1- Define your project precisely<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Defining your real estate project means first of all knowing exactly what budget you have. To do this, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/finance\/pret-immobilier\/simulation-pret-immobilier.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">calculate your borrowing capacity<\/a> on atHomeFinance.<br>The next step is to choose the location of your future home and draw up a list of your requirements: floor area, number of bedrooms, proximity to schools and shops, etc. You can of course add to these requirements criteria that correspond to your expectations, and that you consider to be more or less compulsory: do you want an open or separate kitchen, an outdoor space, a bath? Of course, if you are not looking for the city centre at all costs, there is nothing to stop you looking at properties in neighbouring towns. It may be that for the same budget, a property will meet more criteria. You may need to be a little patient, depending on the type of property and the geographical area, it can take several months to find the ideal property.
