The new-build property market is important in Luxembourg. Demand is high, there are many developers, but little land available. This explains the higher prices than for older properties, but it is not the only reason! Because buying a new home means benefiting from many advantages. The advantages of a new home<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Buying a new property obviously means being able to live in a home that is in perfect condition and does not require any work. But above all, it means being able to create your home to your own taste, by choosing the finishing touches (tiles, paint, or bathroom fittings, for example).<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  2. Choosing a new home is also the assurance of acquiring a property that is technically and technologically advanced (building materials, modern equipment, home automation, etc.), and in particular a home with a high energy value.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  3. The ten-year construction guarantee provides considerable financial security. This means that there will be no major condominium work to be expected in the years to come.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  4. If you buy a new home to make it your main residence, i.e. your home, you benefit from the super-reduced VAT rate<\/a> 3% (for investors the VAT rate is 17%).<\/span><\/span><\/li>
