First of all, it is essential to adapt it to its \"target\", i.e. the type of tenant envisaged. For example, if you are buying a studio apartment, it is likely to be for students or young professionals. It is therefore preferable to look for a property in an area close to a city centre and from which students can easily reach their campus. A larger property will require a family to move in. In this case, it is important to be close to schools and recreational areas.
