On vous dit tout !<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 des appartements anciens<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au Luxembourg, ce sont les appartements de 1 et 2 chambres qui sont les plus recherch\u00e9s par les futurs propri\u00e9taires. La cons\u00e9quence est une augmentation des prix sur ce type de biens immobiliers. Concr\u00e8tement, sur les 12 derniers mois, les appartements avec 1 chambre ont vu leurs prix augmenter de + 8%.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En moyenne, le prix au m2 des appartements anciens a connu une hausse de + 5% (toutes surfaces confondues) entre septembre 2016 et septembre 2017. Vous devez aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e9voir un prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de 6&nbsp;143 euros pour devenir propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un appartement neuf au Luxembourg (toutes surfaces confondues).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2017, l\u2019\u00e9cart moyen de prix entre ancien et neuf s\u2019\u00e9tablit donc \u00e0 24%. Cette diff\u00e9rence s\u2019explique en partie par la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux et les fortes performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des nouvelles constructions au Luxembourg.
