Comment choisir&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le vin doit absolument \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la lumi\u00e8re, \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature constante de 10\u00b0 \u00e0 15\u00b0, avec un taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9 de 50% \u00e0 80% (importante pour le bouchon, pas pour le vin), \u00e0 l\u2019abri de toute vibration et avec une ventilation naturelle. <\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Faut-il m\u00eame ajouter que le vin doit aussi \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart de toute contamination potentielle par des odeurs et des produits alimentaires ou autres&nbsp;? Ceci parce que le vin est un produit vivant et d\u00e8s lors tr\u00e8s sensible \u00e0 ses conditions de conservation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e0, il n\u2019y a que deux possibilit\u00e9s&nbsp;: soit la cave \u00e0 vin pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s la construction ou la r\u00e9novation, soit l\u2019armoire \u00e0 vin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La cave id\u00e9ale<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Id\u00e9alement, votre cave \u00e0 vin sera faite de cloisons de bois. Cette isolation doit \u00eatre de haut niveau, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la cave soit le plus inerte possible.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 peinture, optez pour un latex anti-moisissure. Sombre, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9viter la r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration de la lumi\u00e8re. Rien n\u2019emp\u00eache de parer vos murs de pierre. L\u00e0, optez plut\u00f4t pour la pierre naturelle. Tandis que, pour la fixer, il vous faudra bannir tout produit d\u00e9gageant des odeurs car celles-ci pourraient influencer votre vin par le bouchon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Et le sol&nbsp;? Il va de soi qu\u2019il ne peut s\u2019agir que d\u2019un rev\u00eatement parfaitement insensible \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9, aux moisissures et aux odeurs. Donc, encore une fois, la pierre naturelle, la c\u00e9ramique, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le climatiseur est in\u00e9vitable. C\u2019est lui qui maintiendra temp\u00e9rature et taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9. Sa puissance d\u00e9pendra du volume de votre cave. Pr\u00e9cisons cependant qu\u2019un climatiseur cr\u00e9ant de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que de simplement la conserver n\u2019est le plus souvent pas n\u00e9cessaire, sauf \u00e0 ce que l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re ambiante soit particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e8che.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viendra enfin l\u2019\u00e9clairage, qui n\u2019est pas moins important.
