Le secteur du Ban de Gasperich, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, conna\u00eet actuellement un vrai boom et voit \u00ab pousser \u00bb sur son territoire des immeubles de logements et autres infrastructures. D\u2019ici quelques ann\u00e9es, le secteur pourrait devenir une ville dans la ville.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entour\u00e9 par les quartiers de Hollerich et de la Gare au nord, de Bonnevoie-sud \u00e0 l\u2019est et de Cessange \u00e0 l\u2019ouest, le quartier de Gasperich est celui qui est situ\u00e9 le plus au sud de la capitale. D\u2019une superficie de 445,14 hectares et comptant 6.465 habitants sur l\u2019ensemble de son territoire (au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2018), Gasperich voit sa population augmenter de mani\u00e8re importante. Celle-ci repr\u00e9sente aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 peine plus de 5% de la population de la Ville de Luxembourg, mais la donne pourrait changer d\u2019ici quelques ann\u00e9es. Quartier cosmopolite, Gasperich compte une centaine de nationalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes : luxembourgeoise (34% environ), fran\u00e7aise, portugaise, italienne, belge, allemande, espagnole, roumaine, etc. Il attire une population plut\u00f4t jeune et active et de jeunes m\u00e9nages.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A la crois\u00e9e des grands axes autoroutiers<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parmi les nombreux atouts du quartier de Gasperich, la mobilit\u00e9 figure en premi\u00e8re place. Situ\u00e9 entre les Croix de Cessange et de Gasperich, le quartier de Gasperich se trouve en effet \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e des autoroutes A6 (vers la Belgique), A1 (en direction de l\u2019a\u00e9roport du Findel et de l\u2019Allemagne), A3 (vers la France) et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019A4 (en direction d\u2019Esch-sur-Alzette). Plusieurs lignes de bus le relient \u00e0 la gare, au centre-ville, ainsi qu\u2019au Kirchberg. De nombreux parkings, y compris pour les personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, ainsi que le P+R Kockelscheuer, le P+R Sud et l\u2019extension du P+R Sud, offrent aux usagers des possibilit\u00e9s de se garer, de recharger leur voiture \u00e9lectrique, d\u2019emprunter les transports en commun ou encore un vel\u2019OH ! disponible dans les diff\u00e9rentes stations pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une offre scolaire compl\u00e8te<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins des jeunes m\u00e9nages en termes d\u2019\u00e9ducation, le quartier de Gasperich dispose sur son territoire de plusieurs \u00e9tablissements scolaires. L\u2019\u00e9cole de Gasperich accueille les enfants des cycles 1 \u00e0 4. Depuis la rentr\u00e9e scolaire 2017-2018, les \u00e9coliers et lyc\u00e9ens peuvent \u00e9galement c\u00f4toyer le tout nouveau campus francophone Vauban. La Kockelscheuer est un incontournable pour les amoureux du sport et de la nature. Ses \u00e9tangs offrent un cadre id\u00e9al pour une balade ou une s\u00e9ance de running, tandis que ses infrastructures font de plus en plus d\u2019adeptes. Sa patinoire couverte, ouverte au grand public de mi-septembre \u00e0 mi-avril, fait le bonheur des amateurs de glisse, petits et grands. Son minigolf et son terrain de boules en attirent plus d\u2019un au retour des beaux jours et son complexe multisports permet quant \u00e0 lui d\u2019exercer votre sport favori tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. En \u00e9t\u00e9, la Kockelscheuer attire aussi les touristes qui s\u00e9journent au camping.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le reste du quartier dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019infrastructures. D\u2019ici 2027, les habitants du quartier pourront profiter, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de Gasperich, d\u2019une nouvelle ville dans la ville. Les chiffres de ce nouveau quartier donnent le tournis. 2.000 logements y seront construits, ainsi que 430.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s de commerces et bureaux, de quoi attirer de nombreuses entreprises comme Deloitte, BMW Bilia Emond, mais aussi le centre commercial flambant neuf de la Cloche d\u2019Or regroupant pas moins de 140 enseignes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une nouvelle gare et un centre multimodal, une connexion au tram pr\u00e9vue en 2023 et un nouveau parking P+R de 2.000 places permettront d\u2019accueillir les 3.000 habitants et les 25.000 travailleurs qui y sont attendus. Le futur stade national sera quant \u00e0 lui directement accessible depuis le boulevard Kockelscheuer qui passera au-dessus de l\u2019autoroute.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La d\u00e9tente et la nature, ch\u00e8res au quartier, ne seront \u00e9videmment pas oubli\u00e9es. Un parc de 16 hectares avec un \u00e9tang de 7.000 m2 verra le jour. Des infrastructures sportives \u00e0 destination de tous y prendront place : une aire de jeux, un terrain multisport, un terrain de beach volley et de p\u00e9tanque ainsi qu\u2019une aire de pique-nique. Une for\u00eat alluviale et des zones mar\u00e9cageuses sont pr\u00e9vues le long de la Drosbach.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le futur Centre national d\u2019incendie et de secours, comprenant une caserne-\u00e9cole, prendra ses quartiers au Ban de Gasperich.
