Fin 2018, 174 logements \u00e9taient g\u00e9r\u00e9s selon ce mod\u00e8le.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les logements inoccup\u00e9s et appartenant \u00e0 des personnes priv\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9s pour y loger des personnes disposant de revenus modestes et pr\u00e9sentant un probl\u00e8me de logement. Cela gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la Gestion locative sociale (GLS) mise en place par les associations, les communes et les offices sociaux au Luxembourg. \u00abLa GLS est un outil qui permet d'apporter de fa\u00e7on directe ou indirecte un appui consid\u00e9rable aux communes dans leur devoir de secourir les personnes en situation de d\u00e9tresse\u00bb, explique la ministre du Logement, Sam Tanson, dans une r\u00e9ponse parlementaire \u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois Benoy, d\u00e9put\u00e9 D\u00e9i Gr\u00e9ng.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fin 2018, 714 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9s au niveau national selon le mod\u00e8le de la GLS.
