Les prix moyens observ\u00e9es en septembre 2019 confirme la tendance \u00e0 la hausse dans le pays.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Location : Un prix moyen de 1 576 euros pour louer un appartement<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cet automne, les prix des loyers atteignent 1 576 euros en moyenne pour les appartements et 2 960 euros pour les maisons<\/strong> (loyer moyens, toutes surfaces confondues).<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sur les 12 derniers, on observe une hausse respective de 6% et 8% des prix de location moyens. Cette augmentation des tarifs de location est moins forte en comparaison \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (mars 2018-mars 2019), o\u00f9 les loyers avaient subi une tr\u00e8s forte hausse de l\u2019ordre de 10 \u00e0 16%. On constate en effet que sur les 6 derniers mois, les prix de location ont ralenti leur progression. Une bonne nouvelle pour ceux qui sont \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un bien \u00e0 louer.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ainsi pour un appartement 1 chambre, les locataires devront compter en moyenne 1 390 euros de loyer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rappelons enfin, que la majorit\u00e9 des biens en location se trouvent toujours dans le centre du Luxembourg d\u2019o\u00f9 des moyennes de prix qui restent \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Retrouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/blog\/athome-magazine-les-prix-immobiliers-au-luxembourg-oct-2019\/\">tous les prix au Luxembourg dans atHome Magazine - octobre 2019 <\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Achat : Un budget 6 152 \u20ac\/m2 pour acheter un appartement<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En septembre 2019, <strong>pour devenir propri\u00e9taire au Luxembourg, il faut compter un budget moyen de 527 757 euros pour un appartement ancien<\/strong> et 859 280 euros pour une maison (prix moyens affich\u00e9s).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si les augmentations de prix constat\u00e9es lors de notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude (en mars 2019) \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 marquantes, on observe, en cette rentr\u00e9e 2019, des hausses encore plus importantes. En effet, les prix moyens ont fortement progress\u00e9 sur les 12 derniers mois : + 14% pour les appartements et +12% pour les maisons.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le manque de logements dans le pays se fait de plus en plus ressentir. La forte demande tire inexorablement les prix immobiliers vers haut.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est 6 152 \u20ac \/m2 que les acqu\u00e9reurs doivent pr\u00e9voir pour devenir propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un appartement au Grand-Duch\u00e9. Tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 Luxembourg-ville le prix par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 s\u2019envole \u00e0 9 562 \u20ac euros.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>BASE DE CALCUL :<\/em><br><em>Les statistiques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessus, et dans atHome Magazine, se basent sur les prix affich\u00e9s dans les annonces publi\u00e9es sur atHome.lu entre octobre 2018 et septembre 2019.
