De nombreux b\u00e2timents, tous respectueux de l\u2019environnement jouxtent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019ancien site industriel qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9s, r\u00e9nov\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on singuli\u00e8re au nouveau concept.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans le centre-ville d\u2019Esch-sur-Alzette, l\u2019offre commerciale est \u00e9galement importante avec un grand nombre de commerces et restaurants. Le peu d\u2019espace \u00e0 disposition contraint en effet les responsables locaux \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019imagination. Attir\u00e9s par des prix immobiliers beaucoup plus attractifs que dans le centre du Grand-Duch\u00e9, de nombreux r\u00e9sidents luxembourgeois souhaitent s\u2019\u00e9tablir dans cette partie du pays.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il faut savoir, enfin, que si l\u2019espace est r\u00e9duit, les habitants peuvent encore profiter d\u2019espace de verdure\u00a0! Esch-sur-Alzette a conserv\u00e9 un attrayant poumon vert\u00a0: le Gaalgebierg, une colline surplombant la ville et couverte par une vaste for\u00eat.
