Cela concerne principalement l'acier, le b\u00e9ton, les carrelages ou le bois.\u00a0Ils devraient continuer d'augmenter dans les prochains mois.<\/p>\n<h2>Paroles d'experts: \"Les prix continueront \u00e0 augmenter, mais \u00e0 un rythme moins soutenu\"<\/h2>\n<p>Face \u00e0 une demande toujours tr\u00e8s forte sur le march\u00e9, l'un des principaux probl\u00e8mes vient de l'offre de logements, elle-m\u00eame bloqu\u00e9e par l'offre de terrains.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le co\u00fbt de d\u00e9tention du foncier est tr\u00e8s faible au Luxembourg\", explique Julien Licheron, chercheur au LISER (Observatoire de l'Habitat). \"<strong>Notre difficult\u00e9, c'est de\u00a0<\/strong><strong>mobiliser des terrains<\/strong>\", poursuit-il.<\/p>\n<p>En clair, beaucoup de terrains constructibles sont disponibles. Mais ils sont d\u00e9tenus par des propri\u00e9taires qui n'ont pas d'incitation fiscale \u00e0 s'en s\u00e9parer. Ainsi, peu de logements se construisent. Les prix montent.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Julien Licheron, la baise de la demande amorc\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment ne sera pas suffisamment importante pour inverser la courbe des prix.
