D\u00e9sormais, il faudra d\u00e9bourser 583.072 euros pour un appartement neuf, soit une augmentation de 10,8%, tandis que les appartements existants ont vu leur prix augmenter de 15,3%. Et si le logement \u00e9tait la pr\u00e9occupation num\u00e9ro 1 des r\u00e9sidents luxembourgeois en 2020, 2021 ne fera pas exception avec l'arriv\u00e9e de nouvelles normes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Face \u00e0 une demande toujours plus forte, de nouvelles lois entrent en vigueur en 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d'\u00e9viter l'explosion de la bulle immobili\u00e8re et pour prot\u00e9ger les particuliers du surendettement, les banques luxembourgeoises sont d\u00e9sormais soumises \u00e0 de nouvelles normes pour les pr\u00eats immobiliers.\u00a0Depuis le 1er janvier 2021, l'apport demand\u00e9 par les banques passe de 10% \u00e0 20%; seuls les primo-acc\u00e9dants pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un financement de 100% du montant du bien en fonction de leur dossier.<\/p>\n\n\n<section id=\"section-3-14695\" class=\" ct-section\" ><div class=\"ct-section-inner-wrap\"><div id=\"div_block-4-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"new_columns-7-14695\" class=\"ct-new-columns\" ><div id=\"div_block-8-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><div id=\"div_block-14-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><\/div><\/div><div id=\"div_block-9-14695\" class=\"ct-div-block\" ><h1 id=\"headline-11-14695\" class=\"ct-headline\">Quels sont les prix de l'immobilier en ce moment ?<\/h1><div id=\"text_block-12-14695\" class=\"ct-text-block\" >Les prix ralentissent. Ce taux de 5% sera d\u2019application pour les propri\u00e9taires dont la somme des bases amortissables des immeubles ne d\u00e9passe pas un million d\u2019euros. Le montant des bases amortissables d\u00e9passant un million d\u2019euros seront \u00e0 amortir au taux de 4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les loyers, plus ou moins \u00e9pargn\u00e9s face \u00e0 l'augmentation de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es seront-ils impact\u00e9s ?
