Je vais tr\u00e8s bien comme toujours !<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Peux-tu nous raconter ton parcours en quelques mots ?<br><\/strong>Mon parcours ne me pr\u00e9destinait pas du tout vers le domaine du courtage en pr\u00eat immobilier. En effet, j'ai eu un bac litt\u00e9raire et j'ai fait mes \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en Fac d'anglais avant de commencer une formation dans le domaine bancaire. C'est ainsi que j'ai travaill\u00e9 pendant quelques ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la banque en France avant de rejoindre l'aventure Cr\u00e9dit Expert puis atHomeFinance.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>As-tu un mantra personnel sp\u00e9cial pr\u00eat immobilier ?<br><\/strong>Chaque jour est une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 pour faire mieux que la veille&nbsp;?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quel est le rendez-vous le plus insolite que tu aies eu ?<br><\/strong>Lorsque j'ai financ\u00e9 un client qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 visiblement tr\u00e8s satisfait puisqu'il a parl\u00e9 de moi \u00e0 toute sa bo\u00eete. A la suite de cette recommandation, j'ai eu la surprise d'accueillir trois de ses coll\u00e8gues. Mais attention, je ne parle pas de 3 rendez-vous distincts mais bien d'un seul et unique rendez-vous pour trois projets diff\u00e9rents. Chez atHomeFinance nous savons rentabiliser notre temps tout en \u00e9tant efficace !<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quelle est la phrase que tu r\u00e9p\u00e8tes le plus \u00e0 tes clients ?<br><\/strong>\u00ab Une bonne structure de pr\u00eat est toute aussi importante qu'un bon taux \u00bb, car beaucoup ont tendance \u00e0 se focaliser uniquement sur le taux alors que dans un montage de financement tout compte.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Explique-nous, en une phrase l'assurance solde restant d\u00fb.<br><\/strong>Il s'agit d'une protection pour les clients g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en cas de d\u00e9c\u00e8s. L'assurance prendra le relai au niveau du pr\u00eat surtout dans le cas d'un couple afin que le co-emprunteur n'ait pas \u00e0 charge compl\u00e8te le cr\u00e9dit.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quelle est la valeur de l\u2019entreprise qui te repr\u00e9sente le plus et que tu appliques quotidiennement ?<br><\/strong>Difficile d'en choisir une car elles correspondent toutes \u00e0 notre mani\u00e8re de travailler. Mais je dirais \u00ab consumer first \u00bb car je suis tr\u00e8s patient pour mes clients, plus que pour moi-m\u00eame d'ailleurs. Je fais toujours le maximum pour eux, qu'importe le temps que cela prendra.
