Est-ce le cas pour le march\u00e9 du cr\u00e9dit immobilier au Luxembourg ?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C'est une question que s'est pos\u00e9e la Statec qui a publi\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment une \u00e9tude analysant l'impact du Covid-19 sur le march\u00e9 du cr\u00e9dit au Luxembourg. D'apr\u00e8s cette enqu\u00eate, le domaine du cr\u00e9dit immobilier a su r\u00e9sister et ce, mieux que chez nos voisins europ\u00e9ens. Nous vous r\u00e9sumons ici les raisons principales.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Une forte solvabilit\u00e9 des acheteurs<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si le taux d'endettement des m\u00e9nages atteint 150% au Luxembourg, cela ne signifie pas pour autant que la solvabilit\u00e9 des acheteurs est n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. En effet, comme nous vous l'expliquions en janvier dernier, les emprunts doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/blog\/primo-accedants-secundo-accedants-ou-investisseurs-la-reglementation-evolue\/\">certaines conditions<\/a> avant d'\u00eatre accord\u00e9s. Ces mesures ont ainsi en partie permis d'assurer aux banques une forte solvabilit\u00e9 des acqu\u00e9reurs.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les profils des acqu\u00e9reurs jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans la solidit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du cr\u00e9dit immobilier. Effectivement, d'apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la Statec, la moiti\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s r\u00e9sidents du Grand-Duch\u00e9 travaillent dans le secteur financier, les administrations publiques ou organismes internationaux. Des secteurs \u00e9pargn\u00e9s financi\u00e8rement par la crise.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>L'avis de notre expert Yann Gad\u00e9a, Head of Mortgage Brokers<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Effectivement, le march\u00e9 du pr\u00eat immobilier est solide au Luxembourg mais cela s'explique en partie par les acteurs bancaires.
