Le compromis de vente<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C'est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de votre engagement mutuel : <strong>la signature de ce document permet de formaliser l'accord que vous passez avec l'acqu\u00e9reur de votre bien<\/strong>. Sinon, votre <strong>agent immobilier pourra vous en recommander un<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Bon \u00e0 savoir :<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au Luxembourg, <strong>les frais d'enregistrement correspondent \u00e0 7% du prix de vente du bien<\/strong>. Les <strong>frais de notaires sont de 1%.<\/strong> Ces frais sont <strong>\u00e0 la charge de l'acqu\u00e9reur<\/strong>. Vous n'aurez rien \u00e0 payer \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Une fois l'acte authentique de vente sign\u00e9, l'acqu\u00e9reur peut jouir du bien qu'il s'\u00e9tait engag\u00e9 \u00e0 acheter.<\/strong> Vous ne serez plus propri\u00e9taire du bien.
