Voici quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une prime de construction ?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une aide en capital de l\u2019Etat qui peut \u00eatre obtenue pour la construction d\u2019un logement (maison unifamiliale ou appartement) en cas d\u2019une premi\u00e8re occupation, ou pour l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un logement. Le montant peut varier entre 250 et 9 700 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette prime est fix\u00e9e en fonction de votre revenu, de votre situation de famille et&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">du type de construction de votre logement.
