Mais quel plaisir de pouvoir se r\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 la maison apr\u00e8s un apr\u00e8s-midi de loisirs enneig\u00e9s ou apr\u00e8s avoir brav\u00e9 les routes rendues glissantes !<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bien s\u00fbr, vous n\u2019avez aucune envie de g\u00e2cher votre plaisir \u00e0 cause d\u2019un d\u00e9g\u00e2t de toiture caus\u00e9 par le poids de la neige !<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outre le d\u00e9g\u00e2t des eaux provoqu\u00e9 par une infiltration, la neige peut \u00e9galement provoquer d\u2019autres dommages sur votre habitation : un toit qui s\u2019affaisse sous le poids de la neige, une goutti\u00e8re qui s\u2019\u00e9coule\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelque soit le d\u00e9g\u00e2t, il ne sera pris en charge que si cela est stipul\u00e9 dans les clauses de votre contrat d\u2019assurance habitation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans la plupart des cas, il existe une garantie \u00ab Temp\u00eate \u00bb, qui couvre les dommages mat\u00e9riels caus\u00e9s directement par le vent ou un corps renvers\u00e9, la gr\u00eale, le poids de la neige ou de la glace accumul\u00e9es sur les toitures et \u00e9galement, le choc de la gr\u00eale sur les b\u00e2timents.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous devez cependant \u00eatre vigilant quant \u00e0 certaines clauses d\u2019exclusion de garantie. Pour introduire une demande de d\u00e9dommagement, vous devez dresser une liste chiffr\u00e9e des biens perdus ou endommag\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9parez aussi un descriptif pr\u00e9cis des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts constat\u00e9s, \u00e9tayez-le de photos et n\u2019oubliez pas de fournir les preuves montrant que le bien vous appartient.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par exemple, si des tuiles de votre toit menacent de tomber, essayez de les fixer temporairement.<\/span>
Car en l\u2019absence de solutions temporaires, votre assureur pourrait vous le reprocher et votre indemnisation serait moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e que pr\u00e9vue !<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du processus de d\u00e9dommagement : un expert peut \u00eatre appel\u00e9 \u00e0 se rendre sur place pour constater les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts et les chiffrer.<\/span>
