Cette absence de m\u00e9thode de calcul pouvait facilement induire en erreur les vendeurs et les acheteurs quant \u00e0 la surface r\u00e9elle de leurs logements.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depuis le 15 mars 2016, cette notion essentielle de surface habitable a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e et des r\u00e8gles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019ILNAS a en effet cr\u00e9e une norme relative \u00e0 la surface des logements, qu\u2019ils soient individuels ou situ\u00e9s en immeuble collectif, neufs ou anciens. D\u00e9sormais des r\u00e8gles servant de base de calcul de la surface habitable au Luxembourg existent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que dit la norme en question<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, la norme d\u00e9finit que les surfaces doivent \u00eatre exprim\u00e9es en m\u00b2 (m\u00e8tres-carr\u00e9s) intra-muros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, voici quelques exemples concrets de surfaces qui doivent \u00eatre comprises dans le calcul de la surface habitable :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La surface habitable comprend les pi\u00e8ces d'eau, pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 vivre, mais aussi les d\u00e9gagements \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'habitation (point important qui peut diff\u00e9rer du calcul dans d'autres pays)<\/li><li>Elle ne comprend pas les parties des pi\u00e8ces dont la hauteur sous plafond est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 m\u00e8tres (dans certains pays, il s'agit d'1m80).
